"Chotuskon Bengali Movie Torrent Download" The Chotuskon movie is set in the 40s. It began with a boy named Ranjit (Mamun) and his mother who were escaping by boat to India, where they hoped to find safety during the World War II. As they traveled across the Bay of Bengal, their ship was attacked by Japanese soldiers; Ranjit's mother jumped into the sea and died during this attack, but he survived. The next morning, when he got up on deck, he discovered that three Japanese soldiers had saved him from drowning when their ship sank after being attacked by another American ship called the "USS Dauntless". At this time, Ranjit's father was an American agent who had been working for the OSS to infiltrate the Japanese military. As a result of this work, Ranjit grew up in Japan learning about Japanese culture and was well-versed in the intricacies of the language and customs. The only other person he saw regularly, and one with whom he became very close to and spoke almost daily, was a mysterious woman named Kashima (Shanaz). She lived in a village deep in rural Japan and spoke limited English; she seemed to know quite a bit about Ranjit's family as well as his father's work as an intelligence agent. When she was taken away by the Japanese military, Ranjit was devastated and cut off from her. Although Ranjit must remain in Japan and complete his education, he is torn between staying with his father and returning to the US with Kashima. Ultimately, it is Kashima who convinces him that his father would want him to return to America. She gives him a letter written by his father which reveals that he did not want Ranjit to leave Japan: Kiran (Mohan Babu) With this letter in hand, Ranjit returns to the US where he finds out that Heber (Anoop), another one of his father's friends, has been missing for some time after disappearing while on a mission in Japan. Heber has left a message for Ranjit to meet him in Istanbul, Turkey. Heber had been working with the CIA to distance himself from American intelligence, but his ultimate goal was always to get in touch with Ranjit; he knew that he would be in Japan and that Ranjit could set things right. When Heber finally appears, it is after Ranjit has become an accomplished Japanese language scholar and learned about Japanese culture quite well. Although Heber never injected himself into the affairs of the Chotuskon or Japanese society at large during his time there, he does admit that he was unaware of much about what was going on because of this knowledge gap. He is, however, aware that there was a connection between Ranjit and Kashima and that in fact Ranjit's father wrote to him requesting he find Ranjit in case he was alive after the war. It is revealed in this scene that Heber had met with Kashima once before when he was in Japan; it is also revealed that she knew about Heber's work for the OSS.
