If you are looking into getting this game for your psp, you should definitely get it! Enjoy! And make sure to share some feedback on what you think about it. It would be much appreciated. The Nintendo DS family has been great at delivering fun puzzle games that can easily steal hours away from their players' lives, without them even realizing how much time had passed since they started playing. The previous games in the "Brain Age" series, which allowed gamers to perform tests and exercises in order to improve their cognitive and cognitive abilities, were both critically and commercially acclaimed. Brain Age: Concentration Training (known as ブレインアイランド バーニングサークル in Japan) is developed by "Nintendo EAD" and was published by Nintendo on March 26, 2008 for the DS family of video game consoles. The gameplay involves three modes: "Concentration", "Bubble Memory", and "Math". In these modes, players can use a stylus to draw figures that appear on the touch screen. When players complete "Concentration", they'll then play one of the three mini-games that are included. When starting up "Math", players will first pick whether they want to do Math Training (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) or just plain math. Nintendo claims that both modes provide ""entertaining ways to sharpen skills in addition and subtraction, multiplication and division."" By playing "Math" mode, Nintendo also claims that players can ""prepare for standardized tests"". I'm not sure if these statements are to be taken literally or not... The mini-game "Bubble Memory" is where the player has to match as many pairs as possible. If the player gets too many wrong picks, they will be kicked out of the mini-game and lose a life. After players finish, they'll then unlock a web browser so that they can look up a word for free. The DS version's Metacritic score is a perfect score of 100/100, indicating "universal acclaim". The DS version’s reviews have been generally positive, with Metacritic giving it a metascore of 95 out of 100 after its release in North America. IGN, Gamespot, and G4 all praised the game for its unique and challenging gameplay. At GameSpot, J.C. Maçek III said that the "game's visuals are their best yet, with a new perspective on bubble-bursting that looks better than ever." In Japan, Famitsu awarded "Brain Age: Concentration Training" a perfect 40 score out of 40 for its DS version. Famitsu praises the game for being able to improve players' mental abilities, saying that it is ""a fun activity for both children and adults.""In 2009 "Brain Age: Concentration Training" was released on PlayStation Portable in North America and Europe with an original price of $9.99 (9. cfa1e77820
